Using a holistic, three-part approach, the contents of Kasih Kit include:

Curated, sensory items to engage your senses:

54 cards to engage your mind and body:
  • 26 Words of Affirmation cards (sometimes you just need to hear some validation)
  • 26 Activity Cards (get out of your head and get grounded with a little yoga or a breathing exercise)
  • Plus 2 blank cards to write your own! (for those times when YOU know exactly what you need to hear)
Items to help you own and understand your feelings, emotions, thoughts, and events:
  • A 12.7 x 12.7 cm Feeling Wheel Magnet with over 100 specific emotions

How To Use Kasih Kit to Cope: If you only have 1 minute
  • We’re ready when you are! Kasih Kit can be there to support your mental health when you need it most. Grab the chime, and just one small strike provides a warm soft tone that, even if you have just 60 seconds, can interrupt those racing thoughts and get you ready for the day. 
  • Or sink your fingers into the magic sand and focus on the delicate texture rather than your anxiety. Sift away, friend!
  • Even the lavender can be ready at a moment’s notice, its bouquet providing a moment of quiet mindfulness to calm any internal storms. 
How To Use Kasih Kit to Live more Intentionally: If you only have 5 minutes

  • For example: “I haven’t figured it out yet, but it’s ok.” Sometimes we all need a few reassuring words. Like a gentle hug from a loved one. How To Use Kasih Kit to Get onto the Path for Flourishing: If you have 10 minutes
  • Find yourself getting a severe case of “comparison-itis” when scrolling through your social feeds? Perfect friends living perfect lives, with perfect babies and cool jobs. Seemingly having money for everything glamorous in life? When this happens, we suggest Step One: Turn OFF your phone. Step Two: Pop the top on Kasih Kit and explore your feelings. 
  • The Feeling Wheel can put names to emotions in these moments: Inferior? Resentful? Both? And, by taking the extra step to then record thoughts and emotions in the Feeling Exploration Journal, you might even see that although you feel envious of friends, you don’t actually want their lives.
